• Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping is a flate rate of $4.50 for all customers in the continental United States. Packages are shipped by USPS Prioity Mail. At this time, Be Inspired Scrapbooking ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Be Inspired Scrapbooking ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. The COD method of payment is available only to local customers who pay at the time that their order is delivered. Other customers may pay by Paypal or check or money order. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. If paying by check, the check must clear before items will be shipped.
